THE AUDIENCE

 

For both writings I am analyzing, I have a different audience. Due to the difference in audiences, I need to have a different approach as well as tone. It is important to keep a formal tone throughout the essay with my professor considering I will be graded on it. With my journal, I am the only one who will take a look at it, therefore it does not make a difference how things are phrased or if there is a tone or not.
